Once agreed, we will email you a booking contract (example below with associated terms and conditions) and arrange payment with you.
The houses are rented from Saturday to Saturday.
The price includes additional costs, such as bed linen and towels. In addition, a sojourn tax and a cleaning fee are charged. Please note that prices may vary.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
We will refund your deposit if you cancel up to 2 months before arrival. Otherwise, we will always refund your payments if we can otherwise sublet the property. We charge a handling fee of 50€ per cancellation.
